VOTERS APPROVE QUESTION 1 IN NOVEMBER 7th ELECTION

Unofficial Election Results
The votes have been counted and the unofficial results show that voters in MAPS have approved the $105 million bond referendum (Question 1) on November 7th. This means that the district will now be able to move forward with the safety and security, early learning access, and learning and wellness spaces. Question 2 on outdoor activity spaces did not pass.
Once again, the greater Mankato area has affirmed its commitment to public education. We are grateful for the community’s support and will continue to work hard to strengthen the trust they have in the MAPS system.
The results will be canvassed by the MAPS School Board at a November 15th meeting from 5-5:30.
