Device decision made for safety
Today, a student’s Chromebook overheated during class. The device was powered down and removed from the classroom.  The manufacturer has been contacted and they suggest keeping Chromebooks at school.  Since student safety remains of the utmost importance, building principals asked students not to take their Chromebooks home. We will continue to work with the manufacturer to determine if this is an isolated incident and next steps so it can be shared with families.
